Snow, snow, go away, come again some other day
Oh how I dislike snow…. Enough already, I call Uncle… All I can say is I’m happy that we’re not in Vermont where they got over 2 feet of snow with the latest storm. At least we had rain and it started the melting process.

I didn’t really plan these images so they are not quite at the same angles. Conceptually it always amazes me how much larger a place looks thats full of people. Both photos are of the same outdoor stage.
The first summer photo was taken with my D40 and trusty Nikon 18-200mm VR I lens. The second this weekend with my D90 and super terrific 24-70 f2.8 lens. Snow does the 24-70 no justice. I think I’m going to need so have more people shots as I’m just not a landscape type person. More power to those of you who are and who have the eye to get so much more out of it.
I have never been fully happy with my 18-200 VR I on my Nikon D90, but love love love it on my Nikon D40. Some lenses just pair better with different bodies. Both the 18-200 and the D90 are great individually. I think it’s the copies, because I bet you could take other 18-200’s and other D90’s and they would work great together.
